Conditions of Use

The Atelier Product contains copyrighted material.  Purchaser is hereby granted a limited license to use this material for its intended use - to teach an art program to individual students or small groups of students in the home or homeschool environment.  Specifically excluded from this license are the following: (1) copying or reproducing the material (including DVD's, videotapes, and lesson plans), (2) teaching the material in a school classroom environment, and broadcasting the material over television or simular media.
